• Rapid prototyping techniques for the creation of principle evaluation and customer feedback
• Multiple plastics which are formed with injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming, hot embossing
• Multiple types of metals which are formed with deep drawn, roll forming, spinning, bending, punching, die casting
• Multiple types of coatings which are added by the use of powder coating, labeling, electrostatic coating, roll forming, dip coating
Rick gained experience in multiple manufacturing techniques as well as in decision making for in house manufacturing or outsourcing.
